At the time we were working on the review, their website had a page for provided services but it didn’t work. Although the rest of the website works perfectly and loads fast enough. That is why, to get familiar with a list of provided services, we needed to open the order form and open the list ourselves.

It was quite disappointing to see that they don’t offer a big variety of provided papers, although they cover the most popular ones. For example, you can order an essay, a report or homework but will hardly find a more sophisticated assignment.

The deadlines are ok, so you can either order an urgent or a regular task.

EssayHave can be called an average company, when it comes to their pricing policy. They offer various prices depending on the urgency and your academic level. However, they are able to cover all levels up until Masters, so if you are a PhD student you will have to look for another writing company.

For the purity of experiment, we have ordered an urgent essay for a Master’s degree. We paid $26 for a page, as there were no additional bonuses and promo codes for new customers.

However, they offer a loyalty program, which may reach 15% off but you need to spend quite impressive sums before being considered a regular client. For example, to get the maximum discount you will have to spend more than $2000!

Papers Quality

Although we thought there were enough disappointments, quality of the received essay turned out a disaster. We paid quite an impressive sum, so expected an essay of a good quality. However, when received the assignment, it was obvious that the assigned writer didn’t have fluent and academic English.

EssayHave state that they hire only native speakers and those, who have a degree in a specific field. However, the paper we received was far from perfect and contained mistakes any college student would detect or avoid.

This explains why company’s owners don’t want to provide services for PhD students. They simply don’t have qualified writers to cover these sorts of assignments. However, they obviously are not good enough for Master’s assignments either, which was proven by our order.

Customer Support

The customer support works round the clock and we managed to contact them without any delays. Unfortunately, they weren’t very helpful with solving our question. Although they state that the company provides a range of additional services, they only gave us a revision, which took more than 24 hours.

We were trying to get a full refund, as our essay was bad, considering the quantity of mistakes but they did nothing and simply stopped answering our questions. Considering a high price we paid for an essay and a missed deadline, managers of EssayHave turned out really rude and unprofessional.

Conclusion

EssayHave is a real company, unlike many of those, who don’t even start writing an assignment and only want to trick money out of students. Unfortunately, their website doesn’t have a list of provided services, so it becomes a real challenge to get familiar with the types of assignments they provide.

However, the quality of such papers is far from perfect and their prices are quite high, considering the fact that it is quite difficult to become a member of the loyalty program. That is why we can’t recommend EssayHave to students, who need a quality and urgent paper.
