The first thing we wanted to find out was the range of services BoomEssays provide. It is crucial for most of the students, because they prefer sticking to the same writing company throughout study years. This means that the service should be able to cover a variety of subjects and topics.

When you enter their homepage, you can go directly to the ‘service’ section in the main menu. By clicking it, you can select one of the provided services. They are quite regular and include essays, reports, dissertation, thesis and others.

However, if to compare with other writing companies, they don’t have speeches, admission essays and other specific papers. If you have an assignment, which is not in the list, it is better to contact the support team and clarify everything before placing an order. We decided to order an essay and the system worked perfectly, which is a big plus for developers and IT department.

Pricing Model and Discounts

The pricing model is quite common and is based on the academic level of your paper, the deadline and the quantity of pages. After you indicate these details, the system will calculate the final price of your order. The lowest possible fee is $12,99 per page if the deadline is 14 days. We can’t call it an affordable price, as there are many writing services, which charge less. Moreover, it is a price for a low quality assignment, which makes BoomEssays fees above average.

There are also discounts available, both for new and for regular customers. If you are new to the website, you can use a promo code and get 15% off. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use our code and it seems that the section with such discounts is not working.

Papers Quality

First, we decided to get familiar with free samples, presented on the website. Of course, they were quite good and obviously polished to attract more customers. However, when we scanned those samples on plagiarism software, it turned out they contained copied parts.

When our own paper was delivered, we were unpleasantly surprised to see that it contained multiple grammar and lexical mistakes. It was obviously written by students or ESL authors, which is not acceptable for an academic service that claims to hire native speakers. Especially when we pay such a high price for a regular essay!

We asked for amendments and eventually, after long hours of discussing, got them. Our paper was slightly improved but still contained mistakes and it was definitely not an essay we would deliver.
